Charlie James Barnett, 88, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2016. The public viewing will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church, Florence, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
