Charles Harry Brasher, Jr., 67, passed away April 6, 2026.
Chuck was born in Chicago on July 28, 1958 and moved to Huntsville with his family at an early age. He worked as a contractor at NASA before graduating from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and starting his law practice in Huntsville. He was also an instructor at Calhoun Community College.
Chuck is survived by his mother, Audrey Brasher and nieces, Prudence Fennimore (Jacob) and PeiLi Brasher. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles H. Brasher, Sr. and his sister, Debra Brasher.
The funeral service will be at 10:00 am Thursday, April 9, 2026 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
