Charles Harlon Dozier, 88, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, after a short illness. He was born October 11, 1934, in Itawamba County, to Crafton and Lenora Barrett Dozier. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He retired from True Temper after more than 30 years of service. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and hunting. He was an avid gardener.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton with Bro. Jackie Gray officiating. Burial will be in the Keyes Cemetery.

Survivors include one son, Mark Allen Dozier of Mantachie; two daughters, Debbie Cooper of Mansfield, LA, and Tammy Dozier of Saltillo; four grandchildren, Matthew Dozier, Elizabeth Dozier, Michael Dozier, Jr., and Lane Dozier; several great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sallie Rose Dozier; one son, Mike Dozier; two brothers, Roger Dozier and Mickey Dozier; and his parents.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
