Watson-North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Mr. Charles Franklin “Frank” Johnson of Winchester, TN January 30, 2021 at his home after some progressive health issues. He was born May 18, 1939 in Maryville, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents, Carl L. Johnson and MaeBelle Cowden Johnson Huffstetler. Frank is survived by his wife of 62 years, Patsy A Johnson; daughter, Angelina Johnson Clanton of Crossville, TN; son, Charles “Chuck” F. Johnson, Jr. and wife, Jesslyn of Manchester; 4 grandchildren, Nathaniel (Samantha) Clanton and Matthew Clanton, all of Crossville, TN and Rachel (Dakota) Johnson Brandon and Reed Johnson, all of Manchester, TN and a great-grandson, Lincoln Brandon, also of Manchester, TN. Frank was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and retired from TVA as an Instrumentation & Control Engineer after 29 years of service. He was previously employed by ARO.
