Charles Everett Lappin, Jr., age 60 of Sherwood, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021 at STRHS-Sewanee. A native of Franklin County he was born in Sewanee on June 26, 1961 to the late Charles “Charlie” Everett Lappin, Sr. and Wilma Jean Steel Lappin. In his free time Charles liked to watch TV and spend time at home. He was a very private and soft spoken person, but loved with all of his heart. He is survived by his sisters, Charlene (Leon) Guess, Sharon (Hilton) Marlin, Pat (Tommy) Rorex, Freda Lappin, Shirley Cornelison; aunt, Olline (Bobby) Summers; uncle, Kenneth (Nina) Steel; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
