Charles Edward Wilbanks , 48, resident of the Ripley Community, passed away on Wednesday October 18, 2017, at Tippah County Hospital in Ripley. Services for Mr. Wilbanks will be at 2 PM Thursday October 26 at Faith Fellowship Church in Ripley. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 9 AM Thursday morning at the Church. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery.
