Charles Edward Phillips, 82, died September 16, 2023. Visitation will be today from noon until 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church Center Star. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. Burial in Center Star Cemetery. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Barbara Phillips. Williams Funeral Home is directing.
