Charles Edward Gilchrist, 69, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Sheffield Oakwood Cemetery. He was the husband of Jimmie Gilchrist.
