Charles Earl Bailes, 77, died Saturday, May 6, 2017. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at First Freewill Baptist Church in Florence. The service will follow at 1 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Spry-Williams Funeral Home directing.
