Mr. Charles Douglas (Doug) Fults age 70 of McMinnville, TN, died Monday, February 21, 2022, at Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Manchester, TN. He was born in McMinnville, TN, on July 28, 1951, was a former nursery worker with Forest Nursery Company, and was a member of the Church of Christ. Doug was preceded in death by his parents Paul Douglas and Gladys Bryant Fults.
Survivors include family members and friends.
Graveside services and interment were conducted February 23, 2022, at Hebron Cemetery.
