Charles David Rudolph, age 73 of Meridianville passed away on Thurs., March 16, 2017.
Mr. Rudolph was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia and was the son of Dr. and Mrs. Ralph Rudolph. He graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy, Philadelphia, PA, and completed his graduate work at Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, FL. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era as the Intelligence Officer aboard the USS WASP. He held various positions within the defense contracts industry in Huntsville serving in Business Development and Contract Negotiation. He retired in 2009.
Mr Rudolph is survived by his wife of 50 years; Jackie Roper Rudolph, children; Lisa Rudolph Smith (Eric), Mark Christian Rudolph (Julie), grandchildren; Mason and Connor Smith and Caroline and Caleb Rudolph, brother; Ralph Rudolph (Laurie), two nieces. He is also survived by a number of nieces, nephews and a host of other loving family members.
Visitation for Mr. Rudolph is Sat., March 18, 2017, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m., at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Randy Pyle and Tom Brandon. Burial will be in Blanche Cemetery, Blanche, TN.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Rainbow Omega or the Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort.
