Charles D. Austin, age 76, of Florence, Alabama, died, Wednesday, June 14, 2017. The visitation will be Friday, June 16th from 11:00 a.m. to 12: 30 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral will follow in the funeral home chapel at 12: 30 p.m. Billy George and Tom Sibley will be officiating. Burial will follow at Austin Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Lowe, Rodney Ezekiel, Jason Price, Bradley Austin, Roger Stevens, and Harold White. Honorary pallbearers will be Dylan Price and Austin Ezekiel.
He was preceded in death by his parents Marion Dupree and Toye Bernice Moore Austin; brother, Vernon Austin; and sister, Frances Daniel.
Survivors include his son, Jeff Austin; daughter, Regina White and husband Ronald; grandchildren, Bradley Austin, Sabrina Price, and Selina Ezekiel; great-grandchildren; Austin Ezekiel, Katelyn Price, Dylan Price, Brooklyn Price, and Brayden Price.
