Mr. Charles “Cotton” Westbrooks, age 84 of Albertville, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022. A visitation will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 12:00 pm also in the chapel of the funeral home, Brother Gene Lambert will be officiating, and burial will follow at Asbury Cemetery.
Mr. Westbrooks is survived by his daughters Marcia Beck (Herbert), and Gaye Saint (Mike); son Eric Westbrook (Shonda); grandchildren Alisa Henderson, Anna Jacquet, Amy Haram, Aaron Smothers, Austin Saint, Beverly Holcomb, Trey Westbrooks, and Jami Bellar; 10 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Nople and Ezra Westbrooks; wife Martha Joyce Rains Westbrooks; sisters Nina Tibblett, and Mary Nell Smith; and brothers Donald Westbrooks, and Jimmy Paul Westbrooks.
