Charles “Chuck” James Ashley age 57 of White House passed away Monday, April 13, 2026 at Hendersonville Medical Center. He was born June 15, 1968 in Danville, VA to Charles & Livie Radford Ashley. He was the owner and operator of Ashwood Builders. He enjoyed fishing and spending time on the beach. He loved helping people and was a big talker. He is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Teresa and Kathy Ashley. He is survived by his sons, Elijah Ashley and Jonah Ashley; daughter, Gracie Ashley, all of CA; sisters, Debbie Hunter, Goodlettsville, TN, Barbara, OH, Carolyn, TX, Marilyn and Eunice, VA. Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2026 at 1pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House, with Pastor Doug Lee officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery with friends serving as pallbearers. Visitation is planned for Thursday, April 16, 2026 4-8PM and Friday, April 17, 2026 11AM until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
