Charles “Charlie” Edward Ford, age 78, of Russellville, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at his residence.
Charles was always willing to help anyone who needed help. He will be missed by all his family and friends. He retired from being a mechanic at TVA and enjoyed always finding something to fix.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Jerry Ford, Valerie Ford Peer (William); grandchildren, Summer Ford, Brett Ford, Alitha Ford, Kinetica Peer, Dynamica Peer, Cheyanne Simpson; great-grandchildren, Oaklynn Trapp, Waverly Trapp. He is also survived by his siblings, Henry Ford, Donny Ford, Dorcas Melia, Charlotte Johnson, Dennis Ford, Rick Ford, Peggy Alford, Ruth Ethridge, Bill Ford, Donna Ford, Jerry Ford, and a host of nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann King Ford; parents, A H and Ruby (Willliams) Ford brother, John Ford, and sister, Carla Adgors.
The visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Bethsaida Baptist Church, 10394 County Rd 48, Russellville. The funeral will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the church with Bro. Stanley Hargett, who is officiating the service. The burial will follow in the adjourning church cemetery at Bethsaida Cemetery.
