Charles “Charley” Smith of Flat Rock, Alabama passed away Friday, March 14, 2025, he was 59 years old. Charley is survived by his wife, Peggy Smith; daughters, Lilly and Abigail Smith; Mother, Susie Smith; Sisters, Reamona (Roger) Hubbard and Linda (Bill) Cummins; Nephews and nieces, Brandon (Kristy) Schrimsher, Sam Schrimsher, Hank Schrimsher, Blake Schrimsher, Tyler Smith, Jacqueline (Eric) Higdon, Matthew Hubbard, Annie Steele and Boden Steele. Preceded in death by his father, Jack Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 11:00AM-2:00PM at the First Baptist Church, Stevenson. Funeral services will also be held Monday at the church following the visitation at 2:00PM with Pastor Ron Namanny officiating and burial to follow in the Gray Cemetery.
