Charles Calvin Cook, Jr., of Muscle Shoals, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017 at the age of 41. His visitation will be Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Jerrell Gillentine and Lance Foster officiating. He will be buried in Oakgrove Cemetery, Iuka.
Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Portia Franks.
He is survived by his loving wife, Labrisca Cook; son, River Cook; father, Charles Calvin Cook, Sr.; stepfather, Roger Helton and wife Donna; brother, Sean Helton and wife Anna; niece, Juliana Helton; and nephew, Quinlan Helton.
Pallbearers will be David Gist, Ryan Boyd, Michael Ricketts, Jamie Smith, Lee Landis, and Blair Davis.
