Charles Austin Palmer, age 71 of Oakman, passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. at Patton Hill Church, funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Johnny Martin will officiate.
Mr. Palmer was preceded in death by his Father-Austin T. Palmer; Mother-Beatrice “Bug” Palmer; Brothers-Danny and Coye Palmer.
He is survived by his Wife-Elaine W. Palmer; Daughters-Christy Shirley (Billy), Michelle Smith (Roger) and Charli Henderson (Chris); Chosen son-James Bonner; Sister-Faye Cannon; Five Grandchildren; Fifteen Great Grandchildren; Host of friends and other family members.
Pallbearers will be James Bonner, Dennis Willcutt, Cecil Wade, Phillip Blackwell, Andrew Smith and Dave Wyers.
