Funeral service for Charles Alvin Woodard, 56, will be Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Valhermoso Holiness Church with Bro. Tim Patrick officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. His body will lie in state for one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, February 11, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Woodard died on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at his residence. He was born November 27, 1960, in Morgan County to Richard Alvin Woodard and Madgie Inez Brown Woodard. He was a machinist for the Amdek Corporation. He was preceded in death by his wife: Theresa Baswell Woodard, his father and a granddaughter: Nicole Jernigan.
