Kobe Keshon Peoples
LIMESTONE COUNTY-According to the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office the victim in the Monday night shooting has died.
Charges against Kobe Keshon Peoples,17 have been upgraded to murder. Peoples will be tried as an adult in this case.
Peoples is currently in the Limestone County Jail. No bond has been set.
Deputies and investigators responded to a shooting in the 16000 block of Wellhouse Drive around 6:30 Monday night on February 26. Upon entering the home they found a 21-year old man who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to Huntsville Hospital in critical condition where he later died.
After investigators interviewed witnesses it became clear Peoples lived with and was related to the victim. investigators determined that the victim had allegedly been shot by his younger brother.
