Chad Scott Smith of Jasper went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at the age of 40. He was a big Alabama fan and he never forgot anyone he met.
Chad was preceded in death by his Grandparents-S.D. and Rae Snow & Lester “Red” and Pauline Smith.
He is survived by his Parents-Travis and Janet Smith; Sister and Brother-in-law-Lindsay and Jason Kelly; his precious nephews-Asa and Nolan Kelly. He had a host of family, friends, and a loving church family.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at New Oak Grove Freewill Baptist Church, funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Bro. Chris Pschirer and Jason Kelly will officiate.
