Chad Riley Daugherty, 34, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Thursday, October 30, 2014, at his residence. Chad was self-employed in his family’s business, Daugherty Refrigeration. He loved outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, golf, and racing. He also enjoyed competing in dart throwing competitions Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Friday, October 31 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 1, 2014, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Ben McAnally. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers include Bryan Robinson, Jody Dawson, Jamie Stuart, Brad Cornelison, Keith McNeely, Eric Brose, Ryan Glover, and Michael Doran. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived 1 brother – Chris “Chunk” Daugherty (Kelie) of Iuka; 1 very special niece – Elizabeth Kay Daugherty; 2 aunts – Dennie McRee (Mike) of Iuka; Linda Whitaker (Willy) of Iuka; 3 uncles – Dale Tapp of Iuka; Larry Parker (Nancy) of Cherokee, AL; and Joe Earl Parker (Noreen) of Iuka; and a host of cousins and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, James D. “Butch” and Debbie Parker Daugherty; and several other family and friends.
