Funeral for Chad Gailey, 46, of Decatur will be Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Chris Martin and Rev. Brad Eades officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Mr. Gailey, who died Saturday, January 1, 2022, at Lawrence Medical Center, was born, August 26, 1975, to James Gailey and Sherry Phillips Gailey.
He was preceded in death by his father – James Gailey and grandfather – Willard Phillips.

Mother – Sherry Phillips Gailey
Brothers – Brent Gailey, Eric Gailey, Shane Gailey, Chase Gailey
Sister – Jessica Gailey
Grand Mother – Marie Phillips
