Ceretha McGee Miller (74) transitioned on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at NMMC in Tupelo, MS.
Ceretha was born January 23, 1951, in Blue Springs to the late Eddie McGee and the late Clytee Cowley McGee.
Ceretha accepted Christ at an early age at Red Hill M.B. Church. She was a member of College Hill
C.M.E. Church.
She was employed at Pernell Pride until she retired. She loved flowers and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Certeha leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 50 years: Alfert Nathaniel Miller, Jr. of Pontotoc, MS; one son: Fredrick Miller of Pontotoc, MS; one daughter: Sonya Miller of Tupelo, MS; four grandchildren: Madison Standifer, Adreona Hair, Jordan Hair and Brice Hair; one great grandson: Zayden Beeks; two sisters: Mattie Gilbert and Diane (Anthony) McCoy of Pontotoc, MS; three brothers: Eddie (Rose) McGee, II, Audrey (Ollie Mae) McGee and Cowley (Cynthia) Burnett, all of Red Hill Community. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives to cherish her memories.
She was preceded in death by her father: Eddie McGee her mother: Clytee Cowley McGee; three brothers: Daniel McGee, Arthur McGee and Archie McGee and one sister: Joyce Hollis.
