CENTER STAR-On Monday around 10:30AM LCSO Deputies were called to a residence in Center Star on a domestic dispute, where a woman is now facing charges of attempted murder for allegedly shooting at her brother.
Officials with the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tamra Lechele Allen, 28 in Rogersville around 7:00PM at a residence there after receiving calls of gun shots in Center Star. Where it has been alleged she shot at her brother.
Allen left the residence on McConnell Road after her and her brother had a physical altercation. Allen returned to the home in less than five minutes with a gun. Deputies say she enter the backyard, saw her brother and opened fire.
Investigator found three shell casings and one live round in the yard. It is believed Allen fired at a shed where her brother was standing. Allen’s brother was not hit during the shooting.
Both Allen and her brother left the scene of the shootings with the victim returning to give information to Law Enforcement at the scene.
Tamra Allen was arrested and has been charged with Attempted Murder and Shooting into an Occupied Building. She has been taken to the Lauderdale County Detention Center where she has a bond set at $90,000.
