Cecil William Sanford – Death Notice

Cecil William Sanford, 90, died Aug. 30, 2016. A celebration of life will be Friday at 3 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ninth Street United Methodist Church.
