CECIL WAYNE FURROW
was born on April 28, 1940, in Newport, Virginia, to Clarence William Furrow, who preceded him in death, and Minnie White Furrow. He married Doris Faye Richards on August 28, 1971.
In addition to residing in Adamsville, Tennessee, he also lived in Crump, Tennessee, Pradenton, Florida, DunDee, Illinois and Boling Brook, Illinois. Cecil worked for the Savannah Police Department, and worked for Palumbo as operator engineer of heavy equipment, and served as Police Chief for Pembrook, Virginia. He was a Moose Lodge member for over forty years and also a member of the Association of American Retired Persons, Fraternal Order of Police and the National Rifle Association. He loved music and loved to paint, and he also loved being with people.
Cecil departed this life on Sunday, December 16, 2012, at the age of 72 years, 7 months, and 18 days.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Furrow of Adamsville, Tennessee.
Stepson, Carl Edward Richards, and his wife, Rhonda of Dyersburg, Tennessee.
