Cecil O’Neal Campbell, 80, of Muscle Shoals, AL passed away Thursday, November 03, 2016. Visitation will be Sunday, November 06, 2016 from 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel with service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial in Tri Cities Memorial Gardens. Brother Tom Whatley will be officiating. He was the husband to Barbara Hayes Campbell.
