Cathy Thompson, 64, of Florence, AL passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 3 p.m. at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Pastor Steve Huskey will be officiating.
She was a member of Faith Church. She adored and loved spending time with her family. Cathy always had fun taking her “Four Sisters” beach trip.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mabel Wylie.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Guntharp (Jason); son, Kevin Thompson (Lorri); grandchildren, Valerie Bragwell, Austin Elliott, Taylor Guntharp, Austin Guntharp, Clay Weaver (Julie), Raven Richardson (Garrett), Alli Short (Keylan), and Anna Thompson; great grandson, Bentley Weaver; brother, Rick Wylie; special companion, Izzy; and a host of special friends.
