Catherine McLeod-Fox (Cathy) was born September in 1953 Macon Georgia to her parents Raymond and Mary Ann McLeod. She was the oldest of four siblings who she helped raise and cared for. After High School she went to college for medical degree and worked as a EMT in south Miami Florida. This started her lifelong career in medicine. She started her own business with insurance exams and was self employed for many years. Then she met the love of her life Cecil Fox and became a truck driver for a few years and went on many adventures. After retiring she moved back to Middle Tennessee to be with her children and grandchildren.
She passed in her home on April 1st, 2025.
This is a woman who has such a full life, one of the most sweetest women in the world, who would give everything she had, or crack a joke just to see you laugh.
She was a devout catholic all her life and loved the Lord. She also walked the path of Native Americans, loving the land and the great spirit.
Cathy was a very smart, loving, eccentric, stubborn woman, who walked around with feathers in her blue hair and beautiful rocks in her pockets to hand out.
She is survived by her 3 children, Luke, Lisa and Christina. And 3 grandchildren, Alexis, Nathan, and Raven.
You will be missed.
A celebration of life will be held on April the 5th at 3:00 at the Rock Island Stand Bar
