Beverly Jean Brumley, age 83, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on Friday, October 7, 2022. Beverly was born June 19, 1939, to the late Joseph Kaisi and Marie Patti in Chicago, Illinois. Lovingly known as “Granny”, Beverly was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and caregiver to all. She adored flowers and cared for them with the same tender care and compassion she would people. Her love for flowers is what began the story of her flower shop, Beverly’s Flowers, which she owned and operated for 24 years. Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Patti Brumley, Jerry Brumley, Maria Ramirez-Ortiz, Larry Ramirez, Joey Ramirez, and Theresa Ramirez. Grandchildren: Corey Redden, Brittney Redden, Forest Holladay, Brooke Allen, Jerry Brumley, Mandy Brumley, Ramon Rovira, Beverly Jean Rovira, Yahaira Rovira, Aquilla Ramirez, and Yaritza Rovira; and great-grandchildren: Cason Redden, Kylee Redden, Brock Poynor, plus 11 more in Florida and Alabama. The family will receive friends and visitors for two nights of visitation at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, starting Sunday, October 9, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, following will be Monday, October 10, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held for Ms. Beverly Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 2:00 PM. Ms. Beverly will be laid to rest at Deavers Cemetery in Hohenwald.
