Mr. Casey Sampson, aged 35, of Albertville, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024. He was born on March 4, 1988, to his loving parents Mark and Tammie Sampson.
In addition to his parents, Casey is survived by his sister, Amanda Sampson Arnold, and her husband David; nephews, Wesley and Luke Arnold; niece, Sloan Arnold; brother, Mark Anthony Orr; nephews Mark Jr and Matthew Orr; niece, Ryleigh Orr; grandfather, Harolyn Miller. He leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins who mourn his departure.
Casey is preceded in death by his uncle, Mitchell Miller; grandfather, Murmon Sampson; cousin, Lydia Noblitt; grandmother, Jettie Jolley; uncle, Kenneth Miller; uncle, Al Sampson; and grandmother, Rena Sampson.
A funeral service to celebrate Casey’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Corinth Baptist Church. The service will be officiated by Bro. Brock McCullars and Bro. Dillon Odom. Friends and family are invited to gather at the church Sunday from 1:00 – 2:00 pm to share their condolences during visiting hours.
Assisting Mr. Sampson to his final resting place at Lang-Sampson Cemetery will be Mark Sampson, Kelly Sampson, Clay Sampson, Cody Sampson, David Arnold, and Kain Sampson. Serving as honorary pallbearers will include Dale Hughes, Adam King, and Joe Lusk.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Corinth Baptist Church in memory of Casey Sampson.
