Festus Grissom officiating and Parkway Funeral Home directing. Mr. Kelley, who died Sunday, September 6, 2020, at his residence , was born , August 14, 1979, to Howard Kelley and Donna Cartee Kelley.
He was preceded in death by his brother – Jason Kelley
