Cary Allen Taylor, 66 of Tuscumbia, passed away Monday, March 24, 2014
Visitation was Wednesday March 26 from 6-8 pm at Colbert Memorial Chapel. A second visitation will be Thursday March 27 from 1:30-3:00 p.m.
Funeral services to begin at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial to follow at Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Guy Estave officiating.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Henry and Mary Margaret Lewis Taylor, brother, Ivan Taylor, sister, Mary Sumner and father-in-law Elton Reaves.
Survivors include his wife of 37 wonderful years, Shelia Reaves Taylor
Sons, Terry Taylor (Theia) and Joey Taylor (Emily)
Mother-in-law, Frances Reaves
Grandson, Mark Tallen Taylor
Sisters, Kay Isaac and Linda Miller(Frank)
A Host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
Pallbearers will be Greg Isaac, Brad Isaac, Frank Taylor, Wendell Johnson, Jeff Johnson and Brian Fisher.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Cary’s Railroad Buddies.
Mr. Taylor was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, and a beloved husband, father and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him.
