Funeral service for Carrie Lee (Hawkins) Terry, age 95, of Trinity will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Jesse Reeder officiating. Mrs. Terry, who died Thursday, August 21, 2025, at her residence, was born April 1, 1930, in Alabama to James Houston Hawkins, Sr. and Etta Shelton Hawkins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eulice Terry; parents; four brothers, Cecil Hawkins, James Houston Hawkins, Jr., Gordon Ray Hawkins, and Winford Hawkins; and two sisters, Lillian Kelley and Barbara Jean Hawkins.
She is survived by her son, Glenn Terry (Pam); daughter, Beverly Henderson (Don); four grandchildren, Brandi Standridge (Brannon), Brad Henderson (Hannah), Adam Terry (Barbie), and Andrew Terry (Samantha); and nine great-grandchildren, Kane Standridge, Addison Standridge, Brady Henderson, Trooper Henderson, Lucy Banks Henderson, Eli Terry, Avery Terry, Lane Terry, and Luke Terry.
Pallbearers will be Brad Henderson, Brady Henderson, Trooper Henderson, Brannon Standridge, Kane Standridge, Adam Terry, Eli Terry, and Andrew Terry.
