Carolyn Sue Middleton, age 77, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, January 3rd, 2026, at NHC Lewisburg.
She was born September 24th, 1948, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late Howard Alexander and Jewell Hedgecoth Perryman. She was a homemaker, and Christian that loved to crochet, cook, flowers, and spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Middleton, daughter, Kim Sharp, brothers, Jackie Perryman, and Charles E. Perryman, and a son in law, Mike Lentz.
She is survived by her daughter, Chantel Lentz of Lewisburg, one sister, Judy P. Hargrove of Lewisburg, one brother, Johnny Perryman of Lewisburg, grandchildren, Riley Lentz and Reese Lentz, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home and Crematory, 324 W. Church St., Lewisburg, TN, on Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will continue on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, until the funeral hour.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home and Crematory with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a dementia/Alzheimer’s charity of your choice.
