Mrs. Carolyn Stewart, age 80, of Dora passed away January 18, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Vertha Townsend, brother Buddy Townsend and husband Glenn Stewart.
She is survived by her son Cary (Kim) Stewart, daughter Renae (Randal) Wynn, sister Marilyn Bevill along with three grandchildren Tyler (Kayla) Pate, Jason Pate, Heather Pate, three great grandchildren Willow Pate, Joseph Pate, Oliver Pate and a special sister-in-law Patsy Reeder.
Carolyn loved Jesus and could be found at church every service. She loved her grandchildren very much. Carolyn was a loving, sweet and very special lady whom will be missed dearly.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 22, 2024 at 11am from the New Horizon Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11am. Burial will follow in Bryan Cemetery.
