Private family services for Mrs. Carolyn Margaret Adams, age 80, will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2020.
Mrs. Adams, retired director of the Humboldt Library for 18 years, member of the Humboldt Business Women’s Club, volunteer with the Imagination Library, Humboldt General Hospital and the Arise 2 Read program at East End Elementary and member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Charlotte Dallas.
Mrs. Adams is survived by her husband, Don Adams of Humboldt; a daughter, Sherri Adams May (Jim) of Hartwell, GA; two sons, Ronald Adams (Mary Ann) of Jackson and Michael Adams (Kippi) of Three Way; three sisters, Cathy Main and Charlotte Marshall both of Toledo, OH and Cindy Shelton of Plainfield, IN; five grandchildren, Margaret Scroggin, Rachel Adams, Stephen May, Elizabeth Brubaker and Jonathan May; and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Imagination Library.
