On Wednesday evening, May 13, 2026, Carolyn Logan, a loving wife and mother of two adoring sons, entered Heaven from Huntsville Hospital at the age of 83.

Carolyn was born on January 15, 1943, in Indiana, to Pastor W.H. and Margaret Quesenberry, and spent most of her life in Alabama. On August 19, 1960, she married George Wyman Logan. Together they shared a beautiful example of enduring love and devotion and raised two sons, Joel and Brent, both of whom became Baptist pastors.

At an early age, Carolyn placed her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and lived a life marked by devotion to Him. Faithfully committed to her church throughout her life, she served in many capacities, including secretary, teacher, pianist, and organist. She had a deep love for music, and her Spirit-filled singing was a blessing to many across the country.

Carolyn was known for her sweet spirit, unwavering servant’s heart, and faithful ministry of prayer, which God answered countless times in remarkable ways. She loved deeply and consistently placed the needs of her husband, children, grandchildren, friends, and family above her own.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Wyman Logan; her parents, Walter and Margaret Quesenberry; and her sister, Jean Harris. She is survived by her sons, Brent Logan (Cindy) and Joel Logan (Abby); seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her sister, Phyllis Williams; and many extended family members and dear friends.

A memorial service will be held at Sweet Springs Baptist Church in Ardmore, Alabama, on Sunday, May 17, at 5:00 PM, with her sons officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home on Saturday, May 16, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

Flowers or memorial donations may be sent to Sweet Springs Baptist Church, 26250 Sweet Springs Road, Ardmore, AL.
