Ms. Carolyn Jane Ritch Mackay, age 73, of Dora passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022. Graveside services will be 2:30 PM Monday, October 24, 2022 at Davis Cemetery. Chris Godfrey will officiate. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Irene Ritch; sons, Darren Mackay and Darryl Thomason; son-in-law, Joe Clark; sister, Barbara Wise; and brothers, Tommy Ritch, Steve Ritch and Billy Ritch.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Black; son, Dwayne Mackay (LaWanda); sister, Brenda Lemley (Frank); sister-in-law, Debra Ritch; brothers, Kenneth Ritch (Vanessa) and Michael Ritch; aunt, Sue Stewart; grandchildren, Dustin Black, Tyler Black (Whitney), Michael Mackay, Ashley Mackay, Jonathan Mackay, Gabby Mackay and Tabby McAlpine; great grandchildren, Harley Black, Raylan Black, Weston Black, Rylee Mackay, Kailyn Holland, Ava Black, Axel Black and Zepplyn Bates; special friend, Betty Key; and a host of nieces and nephews.
