Carolyn Faye Carter Bennett, 77, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday at Huntsville Hospital.
Mrs. Bennett was preceded in death by her father, Leslie Edward Carter and mother, Georgia Kathryn Carter of Paducah, Ky.
Survivors include husband of 57 years, James Preston Bennett, Sr., daughter, Tara Chaney and husband Kenny, of Harvest, sons, Jim Bennett and wife Kathy, of Valdosta, GA, Tim Bennett and wife Teri, of Meridianville, and daughter, Leslie Robinson and husband John, of Madison; 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Janice Harris, of Paducah, KY, Patsy Cissell of Birmingham, AL, Leslie Flatt and husband Tommy of Paducah, KY and sister in-law Judy Flood of Paducah, KY; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Sunday February 16th at Spry Funeral Home, Huntsville, AL, from 12:30pm until 2:30pm and family graveside service will follow at Valhalla Memorial Gardens in Huntsville at 3 pm .
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to AGAPE of Huntsville/Madison County, or St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
