The family moved to Jacksonville, Ala. in 2003.

She also played volleyball for Team Sting during high school. Following high school, Caroline attended the University of North Alabama on a volleyball scholarship playing for the Lions for three seasons. Recently, in January of 2013, she transferred to Samford University in Birmingham to play Bulldog volleyball and complete her Business degree in Marketing.

She also assisted with Vacation Bible Schools and church nursery. During college, she became a member of Highland Baptist Church in Florence, Ala. Caroline’s sister Liz wrote, “The world lost a beautiful, strong woman this morning. The grief we feel is beyond words, but we know that she is in a wonderful new place having the time of her life. She is no longer suffering, no longer hurting, and no longer worried…she laughs without fear of the future. I have not only lost a sister and best friend, but a part of me. She is in a better place and we will celebrate and cherish the life she had.”

In addition to her parents and siblings, Caroline leaves behind her grandparents, Dan and Millie Neisler, of Jacksonville, Ala. Caroline has numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Sid and Jean Morgan, of Sylvania, Ga.
