Carol Summerville, age 76 of Albertville passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025 at her home.
She is survived by her husband; Eldridge “J.R.” McWaters, son; Brian Summerville (Renee), granddaughters; Kendall and Mary Claire Summerville, step-daughter; Tracy McWaters, step-granddaughter; Karli Manley and step great-granddaughter; Drew Manley. She is also survived by her sister; Jean Hudson, sister-in-law; Ann Maltbie and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; J. R. and Allie Maltbie, siblings; Paschal, W. D. and Neal Maltbie and Jan Eller and her step-son; Kelley McWaters.
Mrs. Summerville’s wishes were to be cremated. Her family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
