Carol McMurtrey Cruz, age 62, passed away Sept. 3, 2015. Visitation will be today from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 12:30 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Greenview Cemetery.
Carol was a veteran of the
U.S. Army.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul J. and Carrie McMurtrey, and brother, Cliff McMurtrey.
She is survived by her husband, Joe E. Cruz; children, Adrienne Solee, Joseph Cruz, Paul McMurtrey (Cassie), Selena Jimenez, Papi Ciprian, and Isa Ciprian; and grandson, Ethan Paul McMurtrey.
