Carol Kennamer Parsons, 82, of Albertville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 30, 2023.
A talented gardener and observer of nature, she passed this passion down to her children , grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Nana provided a wonderful legacy of delicious meals and desserts without comparison. Two of her favorite places to visit were the gulf coast national seashores and the library. A lifetime reader she read thousands and thousands of books.
Her family will celebrate her life in the Spring of 2024.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 65 years, Ronnie Parsons; a daughter, Michelle (Ed) Parsons Dickey; sons, Gregory (Kimberly) Parsons and Scott (Janet) Parsons; 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; and one sister Judy (Doug) Kennamer Terry. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Dicey Kennamer and her brother, Wayne Kennamer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shepherd’s Cove Hospice of Marshall County.
