Carol Ann Chapman, age 56, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a homemaker, and a member of Highland Park Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Tom and Jettie South Kelly; and one son, Stevie Glenn.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Sunday, September 29, 2013, with Ricky Cotton and Odell Spears officiating. Interment will follow at New Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
