Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 7, 2013, at the St. Bartley Primitive Baptist Church (3020 Belafonte Avenue, NW, Huntsville, AL 35816) with Dr. Eric Peeples officiating. Interment will be in the Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Parker will lie in repose thirty minutes prior to funeral time.Public Viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2013; and from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 7, 2013, at the Royal Funeral Home.
