Carlton W. Collier 72, of Courtland died Sunday, February 17th. at Decatur Health and Rehab. in Decatur. His funeral will be Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 2:00 here at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. There will be a visitation 2 hours prior to the service.
