Carlos Lee Whitten, age 68 of Bear Creek, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at his residence.
Carlos was born on April 3, 1954 in Haleyville, Alabama.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 12:00pm at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery (Wiley Branch Community). Brother Chris Sherrill will officiate.
Carlos is survived by his wife of 50 years, Patsy Whitten; children, Carlos Shane Whitten, and Stephen (Misty) Whitten; grandchildren, Blake Whitten, Hunter (Rachel) Whitten, Trevor (Amy) Whitten, and Trenton Whitten; great grandchild, Jackson Mize; and siblings, Glenda Little, Peggy Price, Mary Burleson, Ellen Gravitt, Carrie Weeks, and Pearlene Barnett.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Buddy and Effie Whitten; and siblings, George Whitten, Mack Arthur Whitten, Charles Whitten, Gail Whitten, Buddy Whitten, Sue Ely, and Shirley Martin.
