C. E. “Rooster” Adams passed away Wednesday evening, January 24, 2018, at Southern Regional Health Systems Lawrenceburg. He was born on February 8th, 1939 in Lynnville and was 78 years old. Rooster operated a taxi service for years in Giles County. He was a retired truck and tour bus driver.
Visitation will be 1 o’clock until 5 o’clock Sunday, January 28th, 2018, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be 11:00am Monday, January 29th, 2018, at Giles Memory Gardens with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.
He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas Clay and Virginia Woodard Adams.
He is survived by his,
Wife, Mary Virginia White Adams of Goodspring.
Brother, Billy Wayne (Pam) Adams of Beech Hill.
Brother-in-law Hubert Max (Kim) White of Pulaski.
Sister-in-law Jane Conover, Glenda White, and Sarah (Don) Oakley.
Nephews, Chad (Kim) Adams, Mike (Paula) Peden, Tim (Angela) Graves, Jay (Elizabeth) White, and Bert White.
Nieces, Amy Adams, Gina White, Sheree (Barry) Wilburn, Becky Graves, JoEllen (Steven) Johnston.
Great nephews Zach Adams, Dylan Adams, and Josh Graves.
Great niece Allison Graves.
